Observation:
1) 2 cockroaches noted on sticky trap by hot water tank
2) Rodent droppings noted in back area

Facility has contracted new pest control company.
Corrective Action(s): While sanitation has improved and there are fewer droppings, some work is still required to mitigate pest issues, especially as winter is approaching.

Ensure sanitation is maintained, and that all entry points are sealed. Foods must be in stored in pest proof containers. Continue working with new pest technician.

- broken cooler removed
- ice machine not working - ensure no pests nest inside
