Inspection covers the two porch areas. Hand made waffles and trifle assembly in first area: -Hand wash stations supplied with liquid soap, paper towels in dispensers, hot and cold running water. -Tables and prep areas appear to have clean surfaces. -Operators using utensils to handle food to minimize contact -No signs of crawling or flying pests at the time of inspection. -All dry storage, icing and other items are covered and protected from contamination. -Cooler <4C. Extended Porch retail area, fries and ice cream: -Hand wash stations supplied with liquid soap, paper towels in dispensers, hot and cold running water. -Tables and prep areas appear to have clean surfaces. -Fries and other pre-prepared items stored in walk in cooler at the back of produce area. -Coolers <4C -Freezers <-18C -No signs of crawling or flying pests at the time of inspection. -All dry storage, icing and other items are covered and protected from contamination. -Apple fritters for the kitchen are made at separate times when Porch Kitchen is not open. -New frier oil; ventilation system does not appear overly greasy. -Single use utensils and containers are stored and protected from contamination. -Bleach sanitizer 100ppm Chlorine. -Seasonally Open during the summer months.
