Observation: * Some containers and trays were found being used that were deteriorated/cracked, etc. These are not acceptable containers/lids and must be discarded. Operator started to discard these containers, etc. Also, there are some missing light covers in kitchen/storage areas. These must be in place to cover bulbs in food areas. Also, dry storage shelving (painted) in kitchen and back areas has deteriorated and requires upgrade
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure ALL food containers/trays/lids in proper food grade condition and not cracked/broken, etc. Continue to review ALL food equipment and ensure ALL in proper working order. Install light covers where missing. Resurface dry storage shelving in kitchen and back storage areas with non-porous, permanent surfaces that are easy to clean/sanitize

* Baseboard in front of walk-in cooler/freezer being replaced
* Ceiling tiles were cleaned and much better; clean the inside of the light covers to remove build up
* Note: light covers to be replaced where missing in kitchen/storage
* Note: Dry storage shelving to be resurfaced in kitchen and back areas
