Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed no surface sanitary readily available during food preparation and solutions in bucket registering 0ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure surface sanitizer is readily available during food preparation and at the proper concentration. After heavy usage of cloths solution may be required to be changed more frequently. Use test strips to verify strength.
Operator emptied solution and replaced with bleach water solution now at >100ppm.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed hand washing sink obstructed with empty milk cartons stored in basin.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that hand washing is readily available for use by staff and adequately supplied to allow for proper hand washing.
Operator removed cartons from sink basin during inspection.

Observation: Observed food not protected from contamination; Boxes of fruits stored directly on ground, and ice scoop stored directly on top of ice machine.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that food is stored at least 15cm /16inches off the ground and ice scoop is stored in a sanitary manner to prevent contamination.
