Corrective Action(s): Fix the cooler prior to the next routine inspection. Do not store any potentially hazardous foods inside the noted cooler.

Observation: No hot water at handwashing stations at the servery, front bar, and POS area.
Correction: Provide hot water at the noted handwashing stations. Use the three handwashing stations in the kitchen in the meantime.

Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-CQBUSB:

- Chopped vegetables stored inside the cooler at < or = 4C.
- Hot water is supplied at all handwashing stations.
- Handwashing stations free of cooking equipment, supplies, or obstacles.
- A photocopy of the permit was present. Post the original certificate with a valid decal in a conspicuous area.
- Store all dry foods in containers with tight fitting lids in the dry storage room.
- Working thermometers inside all refrigeration units.
