Observation: Burger patties stored in garbage bags in the freezer.
Corrective Action(s): Do not use garbage bags to store any food. Garbage bags are treated with chemicals for masking odours and this chemical can potentially contaminate the food. Use food grade bags (ie. zip lock bags) or containers instead. Date to be completed by: August 7, 2018

Observation: Mesh screen at the back door is starting to come loose. A gap is currently present which can potentially allow insects and other pests to enter.

Observation: White double door cooler at the back is unable to maintain temperatures of 4C or less. Ambient temperatures were measured at 9-10C.

- Coolers (except back cooler) at < or = 4C
- Freezers at < or = -18C

- Low temperature dishwasher in use. Chlorine concentration reached 50 ppm at the plate level during the final rinse.
- Bleach is available for sanitizing surfaces (100 ppm)
- Ice machine is clean. Ice scoop is stored in a sanitary manner.
- No signs of pests observed during inspection
