A follow up inspection was conducted for routine inspection MKIM-C6DSNW and the following observations were made: - The following locations were observed to be cleaned and maintained in a sanitary manner - Inside walk in cooler on the wall area infront of the fans and on fan guard - Inside walk in cooler floor - Below the 3 door freezer - Under the 3 compartment sink - Under shelves to the left of the 3 compartment sinks - Under all shelves in the kitchen area - Under Oven - FoodSafe level 1 course registered for Sept 20th - All violations resolved
