Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach water surface sanitizer measured at 10 to 50 ppm chlorine. Wiping cloths stored in bleach water.
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure that surface santizer is prepared at 100 ppm chlorine and changed as needed to maintain this concentration. This is required for effective sanitizing of food contact surfaces. To prepare a 100 ppm chlorine solution, mix 1 teaspoon of unscented household bleach for every litre of water. Please obtain chlorine test strips to verify concentrations.
