- wiping cloths must be stored in bleach water when not in use - no foods stored on top of grease trap - tempura now stored in cooler, re-fried when ordered - foods now kept in sushi bar cooler - general sanitation has improved - ensure all foods are covered especially since there are rodent issues within this facility - pot of salmon heads are to be taken home - temperature and dishwasher records re-started Facility must maintain food safety and cleanliness standards, or menu will be reduced to an amount this facility can safely handle
