Code 205 noted on Routine inspection # KKIM-CZLRMS of Jan-18-2024
Cold potentially hazardous food stored/displayed above 4 °C. [s. 14(2)]
Observation:
- Back storage cooler storing eggs & milk measured at 7.5C minimum. Staff adjusted the temperature gauge to lower the temperature down at the time of inspection.
Correction:
- Ensure the eggs and milk are maintained at the temperature of 4C or below. Keep monitoring the temperature and transfer the items to a working cooler if the temperature is not brought down to 4C or below within half an hour. Equip a working thermometer inside the cooler for monitoring. A gap is observed in the left door top part; this might be contributing to the temperature rise - repair the door.
Comments

- Door sweeps are installed at the back entrance door.
- All PHFs for sales are removed from the cooler. Manager stated that service ticket has been submitted for the cooler and the cooler will not be used until it is repaired. Ensure cooler ambient temperature is maintained at 4C or below and temperature is stable throughout the day. A working thermometer is now placed inside the cooler.
