Observation: Food/debris noted behind and under: Office desk, ice machine, along walls, storage racks, front display shelving/storage racks, etc. Garbage bins and storage area littered with debris. Bins are being left uncovered.
Corrective Action(s): Clean all hard to reach areas! Pull items way from the walls - clean and organize. Remove any unused items. Garbage debris is to be cleaned up asap. All bins (garbage/recycling/composting) are to be kept covered at all times. Establish cleaning schedules for all these areas.
