Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A spray bottle containing Peroxide Multi Surface disinfectant and cleaner that is used for non-food contact surfaces was less than 3500 ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Manager emptied out this spray bottle during the inspection. Second spray bottle had 3500 ppm peroxide multi surface disinfectant and cleaner.

Comments

Handsinks were supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
Dishwasher final rinse chlorine sanitizer residual was at least 50 ppm at the plate level.
100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available inside the buckets with wiping cloths.
200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available inside two spray bottles and from the dispenser.
Chlorine, QUATS, and peroxide test strips were available on-site.
No signs of recent pest activity were evident at the time of inspection.
Ice machine and ice storage bin were in a clean condition.
Walk-in-cooler and other coolers were at or below 4 degrees C.
Freezers were at or below -18 degrees C.
Hot-held food was at or above 60 degrees C.
Both Managers on shift were certified in FOODSAFE Level 1.
