Last mouse sighting was today near high powered electrical plug outlet for equipment. Pest control company has been changed from company provided from Wal-mart to one of McDonald's choosing. Pest control company on site during inspection doing inspection and repair of identified areas of concern. Corrective Action(s): Follow all recommendations outlined by pest control company(ies) to ensure all harborage areas, entry points, attractants are addressed. Violation Score: 9
