During this routine inspection/ egg products have been collected for " microbiological sampling program/
The purpose of this program is to gather data on the food sources of Salmonella, to perform whole genome sequencing (WGS) on Salmonella species found in food, to aid in outbreak investigations and source attribution. Food products will be tested at BCCDC.

Food: Take representative samples - For eggs sampling, please submit at least a dozen of eggs.
