Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher not sanitizing - temperature too low at 67C - 70C no chemical sanitizing in place.
Corrective Action(s): Dishes to be manually sanitized in 100 ppm of Bleach for a minimum of 2 minutes and air dried; alternatively the glass washer in the bar area can also be used.
Do not put dishwasher back into use until written approval is received from Fraser Health Authority confirming that the dishwasher is functioning correctly and can meet sanitizing criteria.

Observation: Some grease/dust accumulations around condenser fan in walk-in cooler and beer cooler ; mould on floor of beer cooler beside floor drain; grease accumulations in the tracks of shelf beside deep fryer; mould on the far two doors of the below counter cooler in the bar area; spider webs and dust in top corners and walls of kitchen.
