Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Milk at the milk dispenser (by the drive thru window) was at 7.9 deg C, measured with probe thermometer. Assistant manager indicated it had been out for more than 4 hours (since the morning).
Corrective Action(s): Milk discarded. Unit to be monitored/adjusted if necessary to ensure milk is always kept at 4 deg C (40 deg F) or less at all times. Temperature log from the morning indicates that the milk dispenser was at 37 deg F.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handsink by the drive thru window was obstructed. Two cups of orange juice/smoothie were inside the handsink.
Corrective Action(s): Remove the cups. All handsinks must be kept empty and designated for handwashing only.

Observation: Fraser Health permit not posted in conspicuous location.

Observation: 1) Various items in walk in freezer not covered: Trays of muffins (raw/unbaked), box of apple pies, etc. These items are stored underneath racks with large cardboard boxes that can drop debris into the food directly underneath.
2) Sticky fly trap (full of flies) kept right above the sandwich prep area with uncovered food items (ie. cut lettuce, tomatoes, etc).

2) Move sticky fly trap to non-food prep area.

Observation: Staff unable to provide food safety plan documents for the strawberry cream cheese danish and the blueberry cream cheese danish. Assistant manager indicated that these danishes are left out for a maximum of 6 hours in the display case at room temperature.
Corrective Action(s): Provide the food safety plan for these items to verify how long they may be out at room temperature for. Food safety plans should be kept onsite and made available at all times upon request.

Observation: Fly trap above the prep area was covered in flies. Assistant manager said the fly trap was about 2 weeks old. Observed 2-3 flies during inspection in kitchen area.

-All foods in inserts are discarded after 2 hours. Food items are time tracked on a chart that is kept on the wall.
-General sanitation satisfactory (continue to clean underneath grill and fry areas)
-Quat sanitizer in 3rd compartment (of the 3 comp sink) was at 200 ppm Quats
-Chlorine sanitizer for rags in rag bucket at 100 ppm chlorine residual
-One of the two assistant managers had FoodSafe certification
