Generally well maintained & operated. Sanitation is satisfactory. Refrigeration measures < 4 C, with the above noted exception. Freezer temperatures measure < -18 C. Hot-holding measures > 60 C. Dishwasher rinse cycle temperature measures 75 C. Wiping cloth sanitizer and spray sanitizer measure 200 ppm Q.
Glass washer rinse residual measures 12.5 ppm Iodine. Premises complies with the Transfat regulation.
