Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): High temperature dishwasher was unable to run due to lack of hot water.
Corrective Action(s): Hot water was serviced at the time of inspection and high temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 72C (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).

401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwash stations did not have hot running water. Hot water tap was only able to reach 18C at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Handwash stations must be supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels to facilitate proper handwashing. Hot water tank was serviced and temperatures exceeded 40C.

Observation: One of the under counter cooler units had a broken door hinge and door seals were in poor condition.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure equipment is maintained in good working order. Service or replaced door hinge and door seals.

-Walk-in cooler was at 2C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -20C.
-Under counter cooler units were at 4C.
-Dairy dispensers were at 1C and 3C.
-Counter top cooler was at 4C.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C.
-Temperatures are checked and recorded throughout the day.
-3-compartment sink Quats sanitizer was at 200ppm.
-Quats sanitizer pails were at 200ppm.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility is serviced by a professional pest control operator
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent (ServSafe) valid until Sept 12 2024.
