Routine Inspection: Downstairs: - All freezers were -18C or lower - All coolers were 4C or lower - Food storage practices were good; all food items were stored off of the ground Kitchen: - Hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towel available - High temperature dishwasher reached 71C or higher at plate surface - 200ppm chlorine bleach available **ensure to have solution available at all times of operation** - Walk-in and preparation cooler were 4C or lower - Domestic cooler and freezer in serving area was 4C/-18C respectively - Food storage was adequate **ensure all food items are stored at least 6 inches off of the ground at all times** - Rice hot holding was 60C or higher - No pest activity was observed during inspection - General sanitation and cleanliness was adequate Please contact the health officer if you have any questions or concerns
