-Hand wash station in front service area had soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water. *Have a soap and paper towel dispenser installed at the 3 compartment sink so that staff can wash their hands between handling dirty and clean equipment. --> This will be checked as a hand wash station in future inspections. -All coolers 4 deg. C or less (upright 2 door, undercounter ...etc) -Freezer -18 deg. C -Ice machine appeared clean with scoop stored outside of ice in separate container. -Quat at source and in container with cloths submerged 200 ppm, test strips available -High temp dish washer achieved 79.9 deg. C (with min/max thermometer) -All foods appeared protected (stored off the ground, covered... etc.) -Good general sanitation. No obvious signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
