11 to 12 deg C for various sauces
11 deg C for beef

Air temperatures showing 10 - 12 deg C

Note this same fridge was too warm in the last routine inspection -Correction Order issued -next enforceable step will be ticketing
Corrective Action(s): Discard all perishable foods in this unit that have been there longer then 2 hours.

Thermostat reading is showing 3 deg C (33 deg F) already -have this unit serviced immediately

Do not use this unit until it is capable of maintaining foods at or below 4 deg C
