All temperatures satisfactory:
-Walk in cooler at 2.8 deg C
-Total of 3 prep/undercounter coolers: all are at 4 deg C or less
-Sliced fruits in the water dispenser: water was probed to be at 3.9 deg C
-1 upright freezer at -15 deg C
-Thermometers present in all coolers
-Hot held soups are at 60 deg C or greater
-Temperature logs are being maintained daily
-3 compartment sink with quat sanitizer dispenser for 3rd compartment at 200 ppm at the nozzle
-Quat spray sanitizer in rag buckets at 200 ppm Quats

-High temperature dishwasher achieved 76.9 deg C on rinse cycle (minimum 71 deg C required)
