Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - AUXS72:

Premise thoroughly cleaned and sanitized:
- Underneath all shelves at each aisle.
- Lower shelves of produce/fruit tables.
- Behind the dry product bins.

Other:
- All dry products totes changed. New totes provided with covers with scoops for dispensing stored outside of dry products.
- Scoops are now stored outside of dry products on hooks.
- Back area better organized. All food products stored off the floor.

Exterior:
- Organic and garbage bins kept closed.
- Back door to premise kept closed.
- Cardboard flattened and discarded into recycle bin.
Note: pooling water at the back is due to a depression in the pavement. Ensure pooling water does not come up to the foundation of the premise.

Pest control services in place. Mechanical traps setup within premise. Additional mechanical traps and snap traps to be setup today.

Followup inspection on February 9, 2018. As per the pest control servicing contract weekly servicing to occur for the next month. Have pest control records available for review. Records to include observations/findings and corrective actions when monitoring mouse population levels in the premise.

Correction ORDER issued on January 12, 2018 has been rescinded.
