Routine:
- Upright cooler in front was 4 C
- Under counter cooler was 3 C
- 2 door coolers in back were 3 C
- Freezer was - 15 C
- Hand sink had liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold water
- Food is covered and protected from contamination
- No signs of pest activity noted during inspection - ensure screen door is use when back door is left open
- Chlorine bleach is on site for sanitizing.
REMINDER: manual ware washing is
1: wash with soap and water,
2: rinse soap off,
3: soak in chlorine sanitizer for 2 minutes (do not add soap),
4: air dry
- General sanitation is satisfactory
