All refrigerators and freezers meet temperature requirements, dishwasher sanitizing at 74C, quaternary ammonium sanitizer buckets readily available, sanitizer at 200 ppm at time of inspection.
Food handling is satisfactory, no indications of insect or rodent infestation.
Some minor cleaning needed of juice cooler door seals and inside rail of far left deep-fryer where french fries are drained.
