General sanitation has greatly improved, with exception of one spot that was missed under dishwashing sink/behind dough mixer (droppings noted) and spillage inside beer cooler.
-> please have staff clean the noted areas.
Bar area is organized and cleaned; handsink is unblocked.
Three fruit fly traps were placed in the bar but some activity is still noted.
Please maintain this level of sanitation as discussed to prevent pest harbourage.
Reviewed Dec 19, 2018 pest control report onsite. Pest Control Company has been switched.
Hole behind dough mixer is still sealed with steel wool - to discuss with pest control company for best method to block pest entry.
Staffs are Foodsafe certified - certificates e-mailed to Health Unit
Cleaning schedule e-mailed but requires revision. Please include specific areas (e.g. floors, counters, shelves, equipment etc.). Template has been provided to operator.
