-Coolers storing foods at or below 4C.
-Freezers storing foods at or below -18C.
-Handsinks in deli area equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
-Sanitizer buckets available with wiping cloths. Measured at 200ppm chlorine.
-2-compartment manual dishwashing present. Sink plug available. Quats dispenser measured at 200ppm.
-No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
-General sanitation is satisfactory.
-FoodSafe certified staff on-site. *NOTE: Please keep copies of certificates on-site. At least 1 staff on-duty must have valid FoodSafe Level 1 certification.

Downstairs:
-Walk-in cooler: 3C
-Walk-in freezer: -21C
-Spray bottle with quats solution available. Measured at 200ppm.

Outside storage units:
-Prepackaged food items and dry storage noted here. Most items stored off the ground on shelving units.

-No signature obtained due to COVID-19 protocols. Report printed and reviewed with staff on-site.
