- good hand hygiene observed (staff washed hands between rolling out dough and making customer's pizza)
- sanitizer measured 200ppm quats in spray bottle
- three compartment sink not set up at the time of inspection
- foods date-labelled
- dough sheeter appears to be in good condition
- general sanitation satisfactory
- no obvious signs of pests; new UV light installed above back door
