Follow-up inspection for display cooler -Cooler is not repaired to good working order yet; operator stated that he is getting a brand new one in 1-2 weeks. -Please continue to use ice-bath and smaller portions to ensure that all PHFs do not stay at room temperature for more than 2 hours. -Explained that health permit fee of $300 is due. Operator will be either calling billing dept or mailing them a cheque for payment.
