Observation: Wooden platform used to raise freezer and boxes 6 inches above ground need to be removed. This elevated platform needs to have a hollow bottom as it is currently positioned to allow harborage of pests. The platform needs to be flushed against the wall or moved 18inches away from the wall as the small gap currently can also enable harbouring of pests.
Corrective Action(s): Remove wooden platform and replace with a elevated stand that does not allow harbouring of pests. Date to be corrected: 1 month

-Rodent droppings have been cleaned up and no new droppings have been noted.
-Cold potentially hazardous foods are stored in the cooler and not at room temperature
-Wiping cloths stored in sanitizer solution
-Doors are kept closed to prevent pest entry
-Paper towel is available at all handwash stations
-Obtain thermometer and test strips for the dishwasher and sanitizing solution
-Freezer maintained at -18C
