Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A bucket with potatoes and water was placed in the handsink in the kitchen, preventing access to the handwash station
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all handwash stations are free from obstruction and always easily accessible for hand hygiene. Operator removed the bucket from the noted handsink.

Comments

- All handwash stations are equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- All cooler units are at or below 4C
- All freezer units are at or below -18C
- Sanitizer in buckets with cloths were detected at 200ppm quats
- 3-compartment sink was maintained and in use for manual dishwashing
- Manual dishwashing procedures were discussed. No issues
- Temperature logs were available, recorded twice daily and up to date
- IR Gun and probe thermometers were available
- Stored foods were covered, protected and off the floor. Good food storage heirarchy
- Washrooms were maintained and equipped for hand hygiene
- Pest control is in place
- No obvious signs of pest activities during inspection
- Surfaces of premises is well maintained
