Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quats spray bottles throughout facility observed with minimal to no sanitizer residual. Main dispenser feed loses prime and empties easily. Once primed the unit dispenses at 200 ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Make sure quats dispenser is primed and tested prior to use for spray bottle filling or manual dishwashing purposes. Additionally, make sure solution is tested with Quats strips (on hand).
Place sign in mop room for staff to follow these instructions.

**Like the idea of small "table" quats sanitizer spray bottles for servers to use.

Sous vide process must be defined in Food Safety Plan and must follow BC Centre for Disease Control Guideline regarding sous vide. Please submit this FSP to our office.

Cooling units below 4 C. OK.
General cleanliness and organization pretty good at time of inspection.
