Observation: Back door screen requires repair/replacement. There was a gap/hole along the handle. Ensure screen door is repaired/replaced to prevent potential entry of pests.

Observation: Build up of debris/grime along baseboards of floors in storage area and inside prep coolers and walk in cooler. Ensure these areas are regularly cleaned and sanitized to maintain sanitary condition.

Sanitizer (bleach) was at 100 ppm in buckets used to store wiping cloths
Dishwasher (low temperature) had 50 ppm chlorine residual at plate surface.
Note: ensure prep coolers and walk in cooler regularly cleaned to maintain sanitary condition.
