Observation: Lights in food preparation area and walk in cooler still do not have covers. This issue was noted on the last inspection report.
Corrective Action(s): Obtain cover/sleeves for lights to protect food from potential contamination from bulbs breaking.

Comments

Hand wash stations were fully equipped with hot/cold running water, soap and paper towel.
All coolers less than 4C (walk in, under counter units, inserts...etc); Freezers less than -18C; No hot holding available.
General sanitation satisfactory.No obvious sign of pest activity noted at time of inspection. Back door was closed at time of inspection.
Meat slicer appeared clean. Staff said meat slicer is used occasionally and taken a part and cleaned/sanitized after each use.
Ice machine appeared clean with scoop for ice stored outside of the ice in a separate container. No tape noted on ice machine, operator has fixed the broken part.
Chlorine sanitizer in spray bottle 100ppm. Reminded staff if using wiping cloths, to keep them stored in sanitizer solution to prevent microbial growth.
High temperature dish washer achieved 71C (with thermolabel).
