- All hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Quat sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm from dispenser and in several spray bottles and buckets
- Dishwasher dispensed greater than 50 ppm chlorine (detected at dish surface level after final rinse)
- Test strips available
- Walk-in cooler and all prep coolers were at or below 4C
- Walk-in freezer was below -18C
- Hot held items were above 60C
- Food storage practices good - good separation of raw and ready-to-eat foods, all food stored covered
- Temperature logs well maintained and up to date
- Ice machine maintained in sanitary conditions, ventilation canopy observed to be clean
- General sanitation is good
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
