Comments

At this inspection the above noted contravention were identified. The Licensee/Manager will take action to bring the facility into compliance and provide a written response to the Licensing Officer. The Licensing Officer will review the response.

Licensing noted during the review of staff files that all staff, with the exception of two attended a first aid course that does not comply with Schedule C of the Child Care Licensing Regulations; as there are staff present with valid first aid, it was recommended that the remaining staff obtain valid first aid in a timely manner.
Licensing also noted that one staff CRC was not site specific, or from a ECE program at a recognized College. As this staff is an on call staff member, they do not work on a regular basis and the Manager states they will apply for a site specific CRC prior to their next day of employment.

As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed. For this inspection the contents of the Facility Inspection Report were discussed while on site, however due to computer issues, the report was written off site, and provided via email. No signatures were captured during this inspection.
