- Hand sinks properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels - Dishwasher dispensed greater than 50 ppm to dish surface, detected after rinse cycle - Bleach sanitizer solution available in spray bottles at 100 ppm - good - All coolers were maintaining temperatures of 4C or colder - All freezer temperatures were satisfactory - Hot held soup measured at above 60C - Food storage practices satisfactory - General sanitation was satisfactory - No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection *Reminder to keep temperature logs up to date *Renovations to occur in the near future - ensure no changes to kitchen layout are made without obtaining health approval.
