Routine inspection conducted - Handwash stations equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. Staff hand washing noted at the time of this inspection. - Food in cooling units measured at 4C or below. Freezer measured at -18C or colder. Hot soup measured at 60C or hotter. Daily temperature monitoring is to be maintained and updated twice daily for cooling and hot holding unit. - All cleaned utensils were stored in a sanitary manner. Dry food storage noted clean and organized. - Cutting boards noted in good condition. Long cutting board over sandwich cooler shows signs of cuts. Please ensure sanitize frequently and consider replacing if not easy to clean and sanitize. - Tongs and utensils to change every 4 hours at a minimum or whenever they are overly soiled. Bleach-water at 200 ppm chlorine residual used as sanitizer in containers. - High temperature dishwasher reached 71.2 C at the plate level during the final rinse cycle. - No obvious sign of pest activity observed during the inspection. 2-compartment sink maintained. - Mop bucket noted emptied when not in use. - General sanitation noted satisfactory. Operator's FOODSAFE level 1 certificates verified. - Kitchen well lit and drop ceiling tiles in place in clean condition. - Floors noted clean and maintained. - Customer washroom maintained. FH permit posted with valid decal.
