Follow up to routine inspection report dated March 27, 2024. Walk-in cooler was serviced. Ambient temperature at less than 4 degrees C. Internal food temperature approx. 3 degrees C. Equipment and utensils stored in sanitary condition. Hand sinks adequately supplied (paper towels, liquid soap, hot and cold running water). It was stated that technician has attempted to service the preparation cooler and is in the process of obtaining a part. Operator stated he has unplugged this preparation cooler and will not be using it at this time until it is repaired and capable of maintaining food at 4 degrees C or less. No food storage in cooler at time of inspection. Detergent is now in place and connected to the dishwasher. Contact the Environmental Health Officer for re-inspection once the above-noted preparation cooler has been repaired. Refer to previous report for outstanding violations.
