Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Milk/creamer dispenser at front pick up station was 6C. Ice build up noted inside the unit towards the back.
Corrective Action(s): Repair dispenser so it can achieve 4C or colder. Defrost, and do not use until temperature can be brought down. Use the other dispenser in the meantime or ensure the contents inside are time tracked for 4 hours.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food debris noted underneath shelving unit in walk-in cooler and against the walls between movable dry storage shelves.

Above mentioned areas were cleaned during inspection. Continue to pay closer attention to the movable shelves.

Observation: 1. Single door prep cooler by back door was not fully plugged in. Temperature inside was 20C. All stored food at the time were prepared less than 2 hours prior.
2. Centre undercounter prep cooler had air temperature of 16C. All stored foods at the time were prepared less than 2 hours prior.
3. Milk/creamer dispenser was 6C.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Single door prep cooler was plugged back in during inspection. Temperature dropped down to 0C.
2. Centre undercounter prep cooler was fixed during the inspection. Cool air was beginning to circulate, temperature was coming down.
3. Defrost and repair dispenser so it can maintian 4C or colder.

> Wiping cloths submerged in 100ppm chlorine solution.
> Peroxide based sanitizer at 3500ppm - test strips available on site.
> Handsinks and staff washroom sink supplied with hot+cold water, liquid soap and paper towels.
> Staff were observed performing proper hand hygiene.
> Ice machine and scoop kept in sanitary condition.
> General sanitation satisfactory.
> No signs of pests.
> Last pest control service by EcoLab was November 4, 2021 - report reviewed. Continue to follow all recommendations and corrective actions.
> Please ensure all equipment are cleaned and sanitized as per corporate sanitation plan.
