- Temperature of walk-in-cooler was adequate. - Hand sinks were stocked with liquid soap and paper towels. - Bleach solution was available for sanitizing. - Temperature of Hot holding unit was adequate. - Some flies noted. Please keep screen door and front door shut and mend the hole in screen door. - No signs of other pests.
