Routine Inspection: - Hand washing stations fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. - All temperatures met health requirements: Coolers (makeline/prep, walk-in, beverage) maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius. Chest freezer = -20.8 degrees Celsius. Hot holding for pizza by the slice maintained above 60 degrees Celsius. - Thermometers available for all hot and cold holding units. - One prep cooler used for general storage. No potentially hazardous foods present in cooler. - 3-compartment sink available for manual warewashing. Sink plugs available. - Concentration of bleach sanitizer in spray bottle = 200 ppm. - No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection. - General organization of facility very good.
