Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): An unlabled spray bottle was observed at the 3 compartment sink. Staff informed that it was a degreaser.
Corrective action: Staff labeled the bottle as degreaser. Ensure properly lable all chemical and cleaning products.
Health rationale: Adequate labeling of chemicals and cleaners prevents the misuse and potential contamination of food and food contact surfaces.

Comments

Routine inspection conducted. The following were observed.
1. Temperatures
Upright freezer (front) at -18C.
Upright freezer (back) at -18C.
Hot holding units at greater than 60C. Food items were not in the units during the inspection.
Beverage cooler (back) at 4C.
Chest freezer at -18C.

2. Sanitation
QUATs at the dispenser 200ppm as per test strips.
3 compartment sink with drain plugs available.
QUATs in spray bottle at 200ppm as per test strips.
hand washing station was accessible, and equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
In-use bowls and large containers are washed and sanitized every 3 hours.
Overall sanitation is excellent.

3. Storage
All food are stored above floor at least 6 inches.

4. Pest activity
No visual sign of pest activity during inspection.
Pest control program in place once a month.

5. Administrative
FOODSAFE level 1 certified staff present (expires July 27, 2025).
Permit posted in a conspicuous location.
