308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)] Observation: Walk-in cooler is at 13 degC. Operator has called the repairman to add more freons to the unit. Corrective Action(s): These temporary measures are not a long term solution. You need to get the walk-in cooler replaced if you're not able to fix it to maintain a temperature of 4 degC or less (operator still has about 4 years left on his lease). Get an estimate for this and give me a timeline as to when this will be completed. Violation Score: 15

-The walk-in cooler has been an ongoing issue for a while now. The temporary measures of adding freons, adding a fan, etc is not working You need a permanent solution to this. If the cooler is beyond repair, you will need to replace it. Email/Call me before Friday, July 6, 2018 to let me know what course of action you'll be taking. If this issue is not resolved soon, a Violation Ticket and/or a Closure Order will be issued.
