Corrective Action(s): Empty the ice machine, fully clean and sanitize the inside then allow it to refill by Tuesday June 14 Violation Score: 5 302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Dishwasher @0ppm Chlorine, all jugs were empty (detergent, rinse aid and sanitizer). This means that none of the dishes are being sanitized between customers or between different food types such as raw meat and vegetables. This is a risk for Foodbourne illness. 2) Glass washer has no sanitizer jug attached to the machine, 2 jugs of detergent being used instead. This means that none of the glasses being used are being sanitized between customers.
