Introduction

An unscheduled follow-up inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DLSP).

Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

At the follow-up inspection dated Mar. 07, 2024 there were 8 staff present. One of themanagers was also on-site. This report was reviewed with the facility manager during the inspection.

Licensing completed a follow-up on the contraventions identified during the last inspection.

During the inspection, the peeling paint in one of the classrooms and in one of the nap rooms were being addressed and fixed. Licensing has instructed the facility to send pictures electronically once this item has been addressed.

Other than the listed item above, all other contraventions identified during the last inspection have been addressed.
