Observation: Only owner is present at the time and she does not have a food safe lev 1. This requirement has been discussed with an owner in the past inspections. His son is recertified but working in the afternoons or weekends.
At least one person per shift must have a Food Safe training.

Comments

The following items need your attention:

- Food Safety training is required
- screen to be installed on the back/receiving door
- recycling to be organized and stored properly
- daily temperature logs to be up to date
- clean and organize the facility ( shelving to be organized, walls to be cleaned, floors to be cleaned )
- remove staff that is not need for daily operation ( old dishwasher; boxes, containers, clothing, etc )

Follow up inspection will be conducted on August 15th, 2019.
