Wiping cloths stored in solution when not in use. 200ppm quats dispensed from chemical dispensing station. Dishwasher registers 50ppm chlorine during the final rinse cycle. Test strips available for use. Walk in cooler at 1 degrees C. Preparation coolers (3) inserts and lower sections at or below 4 degrees C. New domestic freezer at -19 degrees C.
