* A cardboard box full of mouldy food items was discarded during the inspection. Ensure to check the best before dates for all products stored in the
cooler periodically.
* Quats sanitizer test strips must be available onsite to test sanitizer in spray bottles (Sani-stuff).
* Dishwasher final rinse temp and cooler temperatures must be monitored and recorded every day.

Quats sanitizer in spray bottle tested 200 ppm.
Walk-in cooler registered 4 degrees C.
Under-counter refrigerator at 4.1 degrees C.
Dishwasher reached 72.5 degrees C at the plate surface during final rinse.
Liquid soap and paper towels available at the hand sink.
Fume hood well maintained.
General sanitation is satisfactory.
