-Follow-up inspection to June 23, 2020. -Operator was on-site at the time of inspection and her FOODSAFE Level 1 is valid until July 31, 2023. -Prep cooler has been serviced and was at 4C (top and bottom). -Facility still has an on-going issue with pests/cockroaches. Pest control operator has been on-site numerous times to treat for pests. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Operator signature not required at the time of inspection.
